I. Intro
When composing an email, you can instantly create an event and send an event invitation by email.
II. Steps
- Click Compose, then click the Event Invitation icon on the toolbar below Subject.

- In the New event invitation window that appears, specify the event time, meeting type, location, and meeting room, then click Confirm.

- After confirming the event details, finish typing your email, then click Send.
Note: If an email contains an event, the To field cannot contain mailing list addresses and you cannot use the Send Separately feature.

- After the email is sent, Feishu creates an event in Feishu Calendar. Go to Sent to view the sent email containing the event invitation.

- Whenever a recipient replies Yes, No, or Maybe to your event invitation, you will receive a notification email so that you can keep track of participant numbers for your event.
