By reading this article, you will learn how to present via Docs and MindNotes. You can easily use this function for full-screen reading, conference presentations, classroom presentations, and so on.
How to present Docs?
The presentation feature of Docs has two modes: Full screen and Slides mode. The full text is presented via Full screen; the text is paged by item via Slides mode.
- •Start presentation: click Start presentation in the upper right corner of the document page, or press the shortcut ⌘ + Shift + P (Windows "F5").
- •Switch display modes: click the last button in the upper right corner of the page to switch to Full screen or Slides mode after enabling the presentation function.
- •Show or hide comments: click Show Comments or Hide Comments in the upper right corner after enabling the presentation function (show or hide comment is only available in Full screen).
- •Exit presentation: click the Back button in the upper left corner of the page, or press the shortcut Esc.
How to present MindNotes?
- •Start presentation: click Start presentation button in the upper right corner of the page, or press the shortcut ⌘ + Shift + P (Windows "F5") in Outline mode (not MindMap mode).
- •Light or dark mode: to switch between light or dark mode, click on the moon button on the menu bar in the upper right corner of the page.
- •Zoom in or out: to adjust the display ratio of the page, click Zoom in and Zoom out on the menu bar in the upper right corner of the page.
- •Exit Presentation: click the last × button on the menu bar, or press the shortcut Esc.
Note: We support the presentation on Docs and MindNotes. Sheets presentation is currently not available.
