QWhat is the difference between Level I and Level II accounts? What is the transaction limit?
AIn order to better protect the interest of users and abide by laws and regulations, supervision guidelines and risk control strategies, we limit the number of accounts and the monetary value per user account:
1) Level I: Payment amount not to exceed 1,000 RMB/lifetime. You’re allowed to use the available balance on your account for Hongbao, payment transactions and cash withdrawals.
2) Level II: Payment amount not to exceed 100,000 RMB/year. You’re allowed to use the available balance on your account for Hongbao and payment transactions.
QHow do I upgrade my account level?
AYou can upgrade your account level by verifying your identity and/or linking bank cards to your profile. The more bank cards you link, the higher your account level will be. Complete either one of the two options below and upgrade your account from I to II.
Option 1: Provide identity verification + link 2 debit cards from different banks to your account.
Option 2: Link 3 debit cards from different banks to your account.
*Note: Previous bank cards still counts for the total cards you've linked, even after they have been unlinked.
