    Why are there conflicting tips?

    • If plugin permissions are very high in a browser, they can have an abnormal effects on the document, making content unavailable. You can try to disable or cancel the permissions of the plugin.

    • If you have any other questions, please contact customer service.

    Step by step guide to troubleshoot

    Fix #1: Disable a plugin

    • Right click on an existing plugin and select Remove from Chrome

    Fix #2: Cancel permissions

    • Click on the plugin, select This Can Read and Change Site Data and choose When you click the extension.

    • If other pages need to open extensions, choose the appropriate option for those pages.
