Let's get through the outbreak together! On Jan 29, 2020, we launched the Health Report app to help organizations collect and analyze employees' health status, locations, travel itineraries, etc., in order to minimize the epidemic risk.
This article explains how to add a member and help all employees use "Health Report".
🍬 Quickly adding members
In order to help your team enable Health Report, please make sure all employees have installed the Feishu app, and joined the team.
The following are three methods of inviting members to join a team:
👉 Method 1: Share Team QR code or Team Link
When a member uses any tool to scan the QR code or clicks the link, they can follow the prompts to join the team.
👉 Method 2: Share the 8-character Team code
Once members install Feishu and register a Feishu account, they can click the profile photo - Create or join a team - Join a Team - Enter Team Code to join the team.

💡The two methods mentioned above do not required to be added one by one by administrators. Members can add themselves to the team right away. However, there is no way to ensure all members have joined the team.
👉 Method 3: Add admin batch
Administrators can also directly log in to the admin, batch import member information, and invite members to activate an account.
📢Note: If you would like the data report exported by the app to include members' department information, no matter which method you use, the organization information added to members has to be synced in Admin.
🍬 How to use the app
💡In terms of new employees, Health Report is an official default Feishu app. It does not need to be installed manually. All employees have permission to use it.
🎉 Before enabling, the company administrator (the organization's founder) needs to configure the report rules. The following are the basic methods for configuring rules.
1. Log in to the app
Administrators enter the workbench on Feishu Mobile and click Health Report.
2. Configuration rules
After entering the Health Report app, click Management Templates in the upper right corner, and then click Add Report Rule. Select System Template and click Daily Report, and then configure the report rules.
Note: If you want to delete a rule, just click the ❌ to the right of the rule on the template management page.
3. Data management
Health Report also can tabulate data to keep app administrators informed of the employee's health status.
After administrators enter the Health Report app, click Statistics in the upper right corner, and select the specific report to be viewed. And then the data dashboard can be opened. Administrators can also export report details from Feishu Mobile in Drive, and continue analyzing them on a computer. Click the Export button on the data dashboard to export the report data details.
