Help Desk is a platform developed by Feishu for enterprises to integrate internal intelligent service accounts. By combining AI bots and human agents, Help Desk provides smart customer support solution for instant and effective communication. Employees can help themselves through Help Desk.
This article illustrates how to manage Help Desk as enterprise administrators.
As an enterprise administrator, you can view status, categories, names and application time of all help desks. You can also click buttons to approve, enable, disable and pin a help desk.
1. View help desks
After logging in to Feishu Admin, click Help Desk. From there, you can view status, categories, names and application time of all help desks.
2. Manage a help desk
On the Update pending review page, you can filter help desks by selecting status in the Enable status selection box.
On the Reviewed page, you can filter help desks in the same way.
To approve or reject a help desk, you can click the far right button of this help desk on the Creation under review page or the Update pending review page.
To enable a help desk which is disabled, just click the far right button and Enable it on the Reviewed page.
To disable a help desk which is enabled, just click the far right button and Disable it on the Reviewed page.
To recommend a help desk, just click the far right button and Recommend it on the Reviewed page.
3. Edit a help desk
To update a reviewed help desk information, click View details on the Reviewed page
You will then visit the information page of this help desk where you can edit its status, name, owner and category.
