Function Overview
Admins can go to the company info interface to modify company information, apply for certifications, modify the company domain name, and view the company contact information. Admins with the appropriate permissions can add super admins and normal admins for the company.
Admins can use the client navigation feature to customize the shortcuts and navigation bar of Feishu Mobile app and Desktop. They can use data management to migrate Microsoft Exchange Calendars to Feishu and use the domain name management feature to add company domain names.
Usage
I. Company Info
1. Modify Company Info
Go to Admin and click Settings - Company Info. This takes you to the Company Info interface. Here, click Edit to modify the relevant information.
2. Feishu Certification
Go to Admin and click Settings - Company Info and select Apply for certification. After your company completes Feishu certification, admins can conveniently use the Company Admin.
Companies that have not been certificated are limited to 500 contacts. After completing Feishu certification, you can enjoy unlimited contacts and the ability to share documents with external users.
Enter organization information and upload your business license, a handheld ID photo, an official letter, and other information and then submit the application for review.
3. Disband the Company
Click Settings - Company Info and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click Disband to disband the company. The company will be officially disbanded 24 hours after performing the disband operation. After the company is disbanded, all its accounts and contacts will be irrecoverably deleted.
Note: Only the Founder has the authority to disband the company. This feature is only available in the free version. In the paid version, you must contact customer service to disband the company.
II. Admin Permissions
1. Founder Permissions
Go to Admin and click Settings - Administrator Permissions. If you are the founder, a Transfer button is displayed after your name. This allows you to transfer the founder status to another user.
2. Super Administrators
Super administrators include the founder. When an employee is added as a super admin by the founder, this employee can then make other users super admins. Super admins have all Admin permissions.
3. Administrators
Administrators only have certain Admin permissions. Super admins and administrators can both add new administrators.
Log in to Admin, click Settings - Administrator Permissions, select Administrator, and then click Add Administrator.
Go to the Add Administrator details interface, enter the administrator you wish to add, select User and Department in permissions, and then click the Pencil icon after the contacts list. After being redirected to the editing page, select Admin Scope to set the permissions for the new administrator.

III. Clients Navigation
Admins can use this feature to customize the shortcuts and navigation bar of the Feishu Desktop and Mobile app.
Go to Settings - Clients Navigation. In the upper right corner, click Edit Navigation to go to the navigation bar editing interface. Refer to the navigation icons on the right to set the navigation bar and shortcuts for Desktop and Mobile app.
IV. Data Migration
Click Data Migration - Calendar Migration to migrate Microsoft Exchange calendars to Feishu.
V. Domain Name Management
The company domain name can be used by team members to access Admin, collaborative documents, and other web pages with URL addresses.
In Settings - Company Info, you can view the domain name currently in use.
