II. Procedure
Make a copy
The following two methods can be used to make a copy of a Doc and Sheet.
- •Method 1: Find the document you want to make a copy of in the list on the Docs homepage and click the … button on the right and select Make a copy.
- •Method 2: Open the document you want to make a copy of, click the … button, and select Make a copy.
Print
Click the … button in the top right corner of the document and select Print. Only Docs can be printed at this time, printing of Sheets is not supported.
Export
Click the … button in the top right corner of the Doc or Sheet, select Export as, and click the format you want to use to export it. Word and PDF formats are supported for Docs, and CSV and Excel formats for Sheets.
Permission settings
If you are the document's owner, you can set permissions for to allow users to copy, duplicate, print, export or share the file as an image. Users with edit permission have default permission to perform the above actions. Click Share - Settings - Security settings to modify the permission settings.
