I. Intro
Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators or administrators with OKR permissions.
Feishu OKR is a tool that helps teams stay focused on their goals and work more efficiently.
To get started with Feishu OKR, a primary administrator must add an OKR administrator who can then complete the initial setup. After that, OKR administrators and sub-administrators can customize Feishu OKR to fit the organization's needs and the way it works.
Note: To protect your organization's information, the OKR watermark is turned on by default.
II. Steps
Initial setup
Before using Feishu OKR, a primary administrator must add an OKR administrator in the Feishu Admin Console. The OKR administrator can then complete the initial setup of Feishu OKR including configuring the OKR cycle. After doing this, members can start to use Feishu OKR.
Important: To improve the alignment of OKRs across your organization, we recommend checking an administrator has finished configuring the organizational structure in the Feishu Admin Console.

2.1 Set team information and OKR cycle
When setting up Feisu OKR, you must first set the OKR cycle. The OKR cycle refers to the time frame in which a team sets, tracks, and reviews their OKRs. You can choose the length of the cycle, and you can even set separate OKRs for the whole year.
- OKR cycle length: Select a cycle length. For example, if you choose 3 months, all members need to set, track, and review OKRs every 3 months.
- First OKR cycle: Select when the first OKR cycle begins.
- Annual OKR: If this option is selected, members need to fill out OKRs that span the entire year.
- Display OKR on member profile page: If this option is turned on, members can access each other's OKRs through their profile pages. After the OKR administrator turns on this function, the primary administrator must perform some actions for the function to take effect. To learn more, see the "Display OKR on profile page" section of this article.
