    How to Buzz a message?

    Q: How to Buzz a message?
    A:
    Desktop: Click the ... icon on the right side of the message, select Buzz, and then choose the way you'd like to deliver the message. 
    Mobile: Press and hold the message that you want to Buzz, click the Buzz icon in the upper left corner, and then choose the way you'd like to deliver the message. 
    Q: Why can't I Buzz a message?
    A: At present, the Buzz feature is only applicable to messages sent by yourself.
    Q: How will my colleagues be reminded if I send them a Buzz message?
    A: After you select a message and click Buzz, you can choose the way you'd like your colleagues to be reminded. Currently three ways are supported: app alert, app alert + SMS, and app alert + phone call.
    Q: Is there a charge if I Buzz a message via SMS or phone call?
    A: There is no charge for any of the three ways to Buzz a message.
