Q: How can I start a video meeting?
A: You can start a video meeting from a private or group chat by either clicking the video camera icon in the upper right corner, by clicking the + icon - New Meeting above your feed menu, or by clicking the video camera icon directly from an event card.

Q: How can I join a video meeting?
A: You can join a video meeting from an invitation, by entering a meeting ID, or by answering a call.
From an Invitation:
Click Join to accept the invitation and join the video meeting.
By entering a meeting ID:
If you've received a 9-digit meeting ID, click the + icon above your feed menu. Click Join Meeting, enter the meeting ID and select Join.
By answering a call:
When a meeting participant invites you via a direct call, you'll see a pop-up notification. Click Accept to join the meeting.
Q: Can I participate in multiple video meetings at the same time?
A: Currently you can only join one meeting using the same device. If you want to participate in various meetings, you can use different devices. For instance, use your Desktop to participate in a meeting, and use your Mobile app or another computer to participate in another.
Q: How can I invite people who are not in the group to participate in a video meeting?
A: There are two methods to invite others to join the current meeting:
Method 1: Invite someone by directly calling them. Choose an option:
- •Open the suggestions list. If you find the person you want to invite, click the Call icon next to his or her name.
- •Search for the person you want to invite and click the Call icon next to his or her name.
Method 2: Share a meeting invitation. click the Share icon next to the search box.
Q: What's the maximum number of participants Feishu support on a video meeting at the same time?
A: Now Feishu supports 0
