This article describes how to add frequently used approvals to Workplace.
I. Function Overview
Administrators can directly add frequently used approvals for all employees to the Workplace, so that employees can quickly submit relevant requests.
For example, we can add the Business Trip Request to the Travel tab in the Workplace. After adding, the employee can conveniently submit a business trip request from the Workplace.
From the Approval Admin, administrators can create new approvals or edit existing approvals to enter the Basic Info page.
Step 1. Turn on setting: Open the switch of "Show this approval on Workplace".
Step 2. Select category: Click the input box and select the category to be displayed for the approval. You can also click the "x" to set this approval not to be displayed in this category.
After completing other settings, click Publish.
1. Only when the request owner is set as "all", can the approval be displayed in the Workplace.
2. You can add multiple categories, and the approval will be displayed in multiple tabs at the same time.
3. If it is a custom category in Workplace, the approval can only be displayed under the "All" tab in the Workplace, and no further grouping is possible.
