Function Overview
Smart Inbox can automatically categorize your emails based on priority. Sections are designed to keep you organized. Incoming emails will get separated into the Priority and Other sections and over time, our inbox gets better at predicting what's important to you.
Procedure
Desktop
- 1.Go to Settings - Email Settings. Enable Smart Inbox.
Note: When you enable/disable Smart Inbox on desktop, it will also take effect on mobile.
- 2.When the Smart Inbox is enabled, emails will be categorized as Priority and Other. To change your priority, you can right-click or drag-and-drop emails from Priority to Other, and the Smart Inbox will adjust the inbox rules correspondingly.
Mobile
- 1.Go to Settings - Email Settings. Enable Smart Inbox.
Note: When you enable/disable Smart Inbox on mobile, it will also take effect on desktop.
- 2.Emails will be categorized as Priority and Other.
- 3.To change your priority, you can click "..." at the top right of the email to move it from Priority to Other, and the Smart Inbox will adjust the inbox rules correspondingly.
