This document will show you how to modify abnormal employee attendance records.
I. Function Overview
Attendance app automatically records abnormal employee attendance, such as missed days and late arrivals. It also lets you modify those abnormal records. If an employee forgets to clock in or accidentally clocks in late, administrators can modify the resulting abnormal records.
There are two ways to modify abnormal records: Administrators can directly modify records in Admin or employees can initiate correction requests for administrator approval.
Method 1: Direct Modification by Administrator
- 1.Administrators can visit the page in Attendance Admin to find the relevant employee record in the statistics list (which can be filtered for easy viewing).
- 2.Click on the abnormal record result (e.g., missed day or late arrival). In the pop-up box that appears, click on the abnormal status in the Result column to modify the record to normal or late arrival.
Method 2: Correction Requests by Employees
- 1.Employees can submit an attendance correction request from the Attendance app.
- 2.Once submitted, the system automatically sends a BOT message to the administrator. The administrator can click Approve on the message card to approve the request. Admin will then automatically modify the abnormal record.
Note：The administrator can also approve the request in the Approval app or manually modify the record on the Daily Statistics page.
