Function Overview
A domain alias is a domain name that can be used as an alternate name for another domain.
With Feishu, domain aliases can give users an email address at another domain.
For example, if you use add a domain alias acme_alias.com to domain acme.com, it provides all users at acme.com with an additional email address at acme_alias.com. Users will receive emails from acme.com and acme_alias.com by default. They can further configure how they want to send their emails from the email address in their email settings.
Procedure
- 1.Go to Admin and click Service Management.
- 2.Select Add new and then Add new domain alias
- 3.Select the domain for which you want to create the domain alias.
- 4.Enter the domain alias name.
- 5.Verify your domain alias

Q: Do all users get an additional email address?
A: Adding a domain alias provides users in the selected domain with an additional email address. The prefix of email remains the same for selected domain and every domain alias.
Q: What can users do with an additional email address?
A: If you add a domain alias acme_alias.com to domain acme.com, it provides all users at acme.com with an additional email address (same prefix) at acme_alias.com. By default, users at acme.com will start receiving emails from the same email prefix @ acme_alias.com in their default mailbox. Users can configure to send email from their email address @ acme_alias.com by going to their own email settings.
