I. Function overview
For some email services, you need to complete certain configuration to enable IMAP and migrate historical emails.
II. Enable IMAP
- 1.Log in to Zoho mailbox and click Settings.
- 2.Click Mail accounts to go to the configuration page.
- 3.In the IMAP option, check IMAP Access.
- 4.Find Folder Settings, and click Launch Folder Settings.
- 5.Ensure that the IMAP option is ticked for all folders.
