A mailing list is an exclusive email address that is directed to a group of recipients. When you send an email to this address, all members that belong to the list will receive the email. A mailing list can be used to send notifications, saving the trouble of entering multiple email addresses.
You can batch send emails to members using a mailing list. You can also set email sending permission to only allow some members to send emails to this list.
Go to Feishu Admin, select Mail - Mailing list Management.
Select Create mailing list.
Enter the mailing list name and address, add members to the group and set their permissions. Then click Save to save the changes.
Note: You can select a department to add members to. After a department is selected, members will be automatically added to or removed from the mailing list.
