I. Intro

The company domain is the domain activated by your company. Once a company domain has been set up, members of your team will see the company domain appear in the first part of an URL whenever they access Docs or the admin console. Once you've created a team using Feishu, you'll automatically receive a domain name for your team. You can modify the domain via the admin console.

II.Steps

Go to Admin console > Settings > Company Info and click Edit in the upper-right corner to modify your company domain. A simple company domain can ensure your URL will be easily identified. However, please note you can only edit it once. Please ensure the domain entered is correct, and click Save once you're done.

What's the limit for domain setting?

Company domains can only consist of English letters, numbers, and the - symbol. Standard users must create a domain consisted of 8-12 alphanumeric characters. Business and Enterprise users can contact our agents to request a shorter domain with less than 8 characters.

Why can't I edit the company domain field when I'm editing my company's info?

The company domain can only be edited once. If you're unable to edit it, that means it has already been edited by a team admin.

What's the influence after changing the Domain

The generated links are not affected. After loading the links, the browser automatically updates to the new domain name. SSO login does not need to be reconfigured, but subsequent members need to use the new domain name to log in.
