Q: What requirements are there for hosting large video meetings?
Q: To host a large video meeting with up to 1,000 participants, make sure you pay attention to the following requirements:
- 1.The person who applied for the trial use of the feature needs to start the video meeting. If someone else starts the meeting, the maximum number of participants allowed will still be 350.
- 2.You can start only one large video meeting at a time.
For example, if you start a large meeting with 500 participants, then leave and start another meeting while the first meeting is still in progress, the maximum number of participants allowed in the second meeting will be 350. Once the first meeting ends, you'll be able to start a large meeting that allows up to 1,000 participants.
Q: What requirements are there for joining a large meeting?
A: When a meeting has more than 350 participants, new participants won't be able to join by phone or on the web.
Q: If a meeting has more than 350 participants, will participants using an older version be forced to leave the meeting?
A: No. They will remain in the meeting. However, new participants using an older version won’t be able to join the meeting.
