I. Intro
After the business administrator opens the email migrator in Admin console, public mailbox members will receive a push notification about email history migration. Once the email migration is completed, you can say goodbye to your old email service and manage all your emails on Feishu Mail.
II. Steps
- When the administrator opens the email migrator, public mailbox members will receive a notification from the Mail Assistant. Please follow the prompts to complete public mailbox migration before the deadline.

2.Click Email on the left navigation bar to enter your personal email. Click on other accounts in the upper-left corner to switch to the corresponding public mailbox with to be migrated status.

3.Enter the mailbox and you will see a separate pop-up prompt. Enter the password for the old email service and click Start Migration.
Note: After any public mailbox member enters their original email password to start migration, other members will not be able to see this pop-up window, and will enter the mailbox interface directly. The public mailboxes of some email services don't have a login password. Members need to go to the old mailbox to set up and manually obtain the client-specific password. 4.After the password is entered and verification is successful, public mailbox migration will be officially activated.
5.If verification of the original mailbox fails during the migration process, please adjust the settings according to the guidance and try again.
