Who can perform these steps: Any administrators with access to the Feishu Admin Console.
When administrators use the Feishu Admin console to perform tasks that are processed in stages, such as importing/exporting member lists, exporting data, and so on, they can use the admin task center to check the progress of the ongoing tasks.
In the admin task center, administrators can view the status of tasks that were started within the previous 15 days. For example, administrators can see whether the tasks have succeeded or failed. For tasks that have failed, administrators can also use the admin task center to see the reasons for the failure.
Administrators can also operate on completed tasks, such as re-downloading a file, viewing task details, and so on. The time window for operating on completed tasks ranges from a few hours to a few days after the task completes.
II. Steps
Go to the Feishu Admin Console, and then click the task icon in the upper-right corner to access the admin task center.

We'll use exporting contacts as an example task. After exporting starts, the task icon in the admin console indicates that the task is in progress:

The number of unread completed tasks will also be displayed:

During the exporting process, administrators can check the progress status of the task in the admin task center. Administrators can also click the bell icon to turn notifications on or off.

After the task is completed, administrators will receive a notification from the Admin Assistant bot.
