I. Intro
You can add a Feishu Calendar widget to your home screen or lock screen to quickly view and manage events.
II. Steps
Add a Feishu Calendar widget
With an iOS system, you can add both home screen and lock screen widgets.
Home screen widget
- Touch and hold an empty area on your mobile device until the + icon appears in the upper-left corner, and then tap the + icon.

- Search for "Feishu" in the search bar and then tap Feishu in the search results. There are three types of Feishu Calendar home screen widgets available based on your needs. Swipe left and right to browse the widgets and then tap Add Widget on the one you want to add.

- Tap Done in the the upper-right corner of your device.

Lock screen widget
Notice: You must use iOS 16 or above to add the lock screen widget.
- Touch and hold a blank area on your lock screen and then tap Customize at the bottom of the screen.

- Tap Lock Screen to open the lock screen settings page, and then tap ADD WIDGETS. Find and tap Feishu in the Add Widgets list that appears.

- There are two types of Feishu Calendar lock screen widgets available. You can tap or drag the widgets to add them.
- Tap a blank area, and then tap Done in the upper-right corner.

Use a Feishu Calendar widget
- If you are not logged in: You need to tap the widget and log in to Feishu to view the calendar details.
- If you are logged in: You can preview your schedule for the day in the calendar widget, including the event name, time, location, and more. Tapping an event in the widget will take you to the event details page.
Note: The number of events displayed on calendar widgets of different sizes varies, but it does not affect the actual number of events you are participating in on that day.

If you have added the third type of Feishu Calendar home screen widget, you can also tap Search, Scan, or Workplace on the widget to quickly access these features.

Remove a Feishu Calendar widget
- Remove home screen widget: Touch and hold the home screen widget and then tap Remove Widget.

- Remove the lock screen widget:
- Touch and hold a blank area on your lock screen and then tap Customize at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Lock Screen to open the lock screen settings page
- Tap the Feishu Calendar widget, and then tap the - Remove icon in the upper-left corner of the widget.
- Tap a blank area, and then tap Done in the upper-right corner.
