I. Intro
Sync your Exchange calendar with Feishu Calendar to view and edit events of your Exchange Calendar in Feishu. Changes will be synced if you use Feishu to create or edit an event using your Exchange Calendar.
Note: The following guide also applies to Microsoft Outlook, Hotmail, and Office 365 accounts. The steps below use Exchange as an example.
II. Steps

  1. Enter your Exchange email address and password in the pop-up window. Server address is optional.
  1. Click Login to link your account.

  1. Use synced Exchange Calendar in Feishu
Once the Exchange Calendar is connected with the Feishu Calendar, you can find it in the Feishu Calendar sidebar.
  • The Exchange account is selected by default. This means you can also view events from the synced Exchange Calendar in Feishu. To hide synced Exchange Calendar events from Feishu Calendar, deselect the Exchange Calendar account in the Feishu Calendar sidebar.

  • You can make changes to synced Exchange Calendar events in Feishu, and the changes are synced back to the Exchange Calendar.
  • Note: Due to data format restrictions, you can't modify location and description of events.

III. FAQs
Will all events and updates in Feishu sync to my Exchange Calendar?
No. Event information is synced back to the Exchange Calendar only when you choose to create an event using your Exchange account, or modify a synced Exchange Calendar event. Events in a personal or public calendar under the same name will not be synced to the Exchange Calendar.
Why do I get the error of "Failed to automatically identify server URL" when adding the account password?
This may be because your tenant uses a private deployment. Follow the guidance in the How to find server URL? link in the pop-up window, or obtain the server URL from the organization administrator or IT staff before you try again.

When syncing the Exchange Calendar, why am I being prompted that the email address or password cannot be verified, even though the entered email address and password are correct?
It may be because of one or more of the following issues:
  • The certificate you are using is invalid.
  • Sometimes an organization's certificate expires, resulting in failure to log in. Contact the administrator to update the email certificate.
  • Your Exchange account has two-step verification turned on.
  • You must turn off two-step verification to successfully authorize calendar syncing.
  1. Log in to your Microsoft account and select Security.
  1. Select Two-step verification in the upper-right corner.
  1. Under Additional security in the following page, turn off two-step verification.

Why do I get prompted that the account in the current browser is inconsistent with the Feishu app account?
It may be that the web browser retains the login status of other accounts.
  1. Clear the cache and cookies in the browser.
  1. Open the Feishu official site, and click Log in in the upper-right corner.
  1. Log in to the correct account by scanning the code or entering the phone number.
After importing the Exchange Calendar events, can others see the details of my calendar?
By default, the permissions of the imported Exchange Calendar follow the settings of your personal calendar. For more information, see Create and manage personal calendars.
