Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators or administrators with "Organization Info" permission.

Version requirement: Feishu version 5.7 or above.

This article explains the requirements for filling out the information required for stamped letters of authorization verification. All the information listed below is mandatory. For more information on completing Feishu verification using a stamped letter of verification, see Admin | Complete Feishu verification with a letter of authorization.

Note: The letter of verification can only be approved when the organization is active.

II. Description

Required documentation for different types of organizations

Information requirements for verification

Different organization types require different information for verification. Complete the relevant information based on your organization type.

Company

Item	Description
Feishu organization name	The name must correspond to the trade name. For example, the trade name of Beijing Feishu Technology Co., Ltd. is Feishu, thus the organization name can be designated as Feishu or Feishu Technology. For more information, see Admin \| Feishu organization naming conventions.
Feishu Organization ID	The administrator can find the Organization ID in either of the following locations in the Feishu Admin Console: Under the organization name in the Organization Overview page. Settings > Organization Info > Organization Info > More.
Business information	Registered business name and Unified Social Credit Identifier: Enter the information on the business license. Name of legal representative: Enter the name of the legal person on the business license. Identity card number of legal representative: Enter the identity card number of the legal representative on the business license. If the legal representative is not of Mainland Chinese nationality, the identification number submitted at the time of business registration can be entered here. Upload the letter of verification: Download the verification letter template and complete the information in accordance with the requirements. All information must be clearly legible, and the content must be truthful and valid. No modifications are permitted. The JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP and PDF formats are supported. The size must not exceed 5 MB. The following points must be noted when completing the letter of verification: It must be signed by the administrator who completes the verification (that is, the administrator entered under "Feishu administrator basic information"). E-signatures are not supported. The organization's official seal must be used. Finance seals, contract seals, HR seals and e-seals are not supported.
Feishu administrator basic information	Enter the name, identity card number, phone number and SMS verification code of the administrator completing the verification. For the administrator identity card number, only Mainland Chinese identity card numbers are supported. If the organization has no Mainland Chinese administrators, please contact Support.
Face verification	After submitting the information, the administrator completing the verification must use their personal account within the organization to be verified to scan the code and complete face verification.

Public institution or other organization

Field	Description
Feishu organization name	The name must correspond to the trade name. 		Trademark authorization letter not submitted	Check whether the submitted organization trademark authorization letters are complete. For more information, see Admin \| Feishu organization naming conventions.
		Unclear seals on trademark authorization letters	Check whether the seal on the submitted authorization letter is clearly legible.
Verification documentation issues	The organization ID entered in the letter of verification is incorrect	Check whether the organization ID entered in the letter of verification is correct. You can go to the Feishu Admin Console and click Settings > Organization Info to find the organization ID.
		The entity name entered in the letter of verification is incorrect	Check whether the entity name entered in the letter of verification is complete and correct.
		The name of the authorized administrator in the letter of verification is different from the administrator on the verification page	Check whether the information of the authorized administrator in the letter of verification matches the Feishu administrator entered on the verification page.
		The signature in the letter of verification does not match the authorized administrator	Check whether the signature of the authorized administrator in the letter of verification matches the Feishu administrator on the verification page.
		The date in the letter of verification is incorrect	Check whether the date in the letter of verification is correct.
		The organization ID has not been entered	Check whether the organization ID has been entered in the letter of verification. You can go to the Feishu Admin Console and click Settings > Organization Info to find the organization ID.
		The entity to be verified has not been entered in the letter of verification	Check whether the entity name has been entered in the letter of verification.
		The authorized administrator has not been entered in the letter of verification	Check whether the information of the authorized administrator has been entered in the letter of verification and is complete.
		The authorized administrator's signature is not provided in the letter of verification	Check whether the authorized administrator has signed the letter of verification.
		The date is not provided in the letter of verification	Check whether the date is provided in the letter of verification.
		An error occurred while uploading the letter of verification	Download the most recent verification letter template from the verification page, complete it and then try uploading it again.
		The seal on the letter of verification does not match the information of the entity to be verified	The seal on the letter of verification must match the entity to be verified.
		E-seals, contract seals, department seals or copied seals are not supported	The letter of verification must be stamped with the original seal of the organization.
		The seal on the letter of verification is not clear	The organization name, anti-counterfeit code and other information in the seal on the letter of verification must be clearly legible.
		Expired business license	Upload a valid business license.
		Business license is not clear	Upload a copy of the license in which the organization's information is clearly legible.
		Incorrect organization type selected	Ensure that you select the correct organization type.
		The entity to be verified does not match the entity that signed the contract offline	The entity to be verified must match the entity that signed the contract offline. Contact Support if you have any questions.
		Other	The entity to be verified is not eligible for Feishu verification. Contact Support if you have any questions.
