I. Intro
Platform requirement: Inserting or editing info collectors is only supported on the Feishu desktop app and web version, but participating in info collection is supported on the desktop app, mobile app and web version.
Use info collectors in Docs to easily collect all kinds of information, such us mark as read, mark as done, sign up, check in, like, and so on. You can also customize the info collector (such as adjusting its before/after-click button name, button color, and icon) to your liking.

II. Steps
Insert info collectors
Method 1: Enter /info collector at the beginning of a line or after a space, and then select Info Collector.

Method 2: Hover over the beginning of a blank line, click the
icon that appears on the left, and select Info Collector from the list of tools that appears.

Select the subject and style
By default, the subject of the inserted info collector is Mark as Read. If you need to change the subject and button styles, you can hover over the info collector, and click the
icon to open the Settings page.

Select a subject: Click Mark as Read to open the drop-down menu where you can choose from Mark as read, Mark as done, Sign up, Check in, Like, I'm interested, or Maybe Next Time.

Select a button style: Click Customize and then modify the button name before click, button name after click, button color, and icon as needed. You can also preview the button's appearance before and after clicking. Click Save to complete the modification.

Take part in info collection
Users with document view permission can click the button of the info collector to take part, and click it again to undo the action.
