I. Intro
You can set the link sharing range of the folder to allow users within the organization to read and edit the folder as soon as they get the link, or allow anyone with the link on the internet to read it. For example, you can use a folder to store personal manuals of all members within a department, and authorize all members in the department to add their personal manuals to the folder.
Note:
- Only users with folder management permissions can set the link sharing settings for folders.
- Users who can access the folder may not be able to access all the contents of the folder. Documents and subfolders stored in the folder can be shared separately. After opening the folder, you or others can only see the documents and subfolders that you have permission to view.
II. Steps

Share folder link
Click Copy Link at the bottom of the sharing panel, or copy the folder link in the browser address bar. Send the link in message or embed it in documents, announcements, or other locations. Users within the link sharing range can click the link to view or edit the folder (depending on their permissions).

Note: Documents and subfolders within the folder inherit the folder's link sharing settings by default. You can also modify the sharing settings for individual documents and subfolders. If a document in the folder has restrictions based on its security level, it may not follow changes made to the folder's link sharing range or permissions. Therefore, you may need to set the permissions for that document separately.
