Cross-border data processing
- Your information (e.g. enterprise structure, member information, user data generated therefrom) will be shared with the Lark enterprise and stored in the server of the collaborating enterprise using the Lark service or accessed by the collaborating enterprise.

Data compliance requirements
- As the processor of employee personal information, you should ensure that the data outbound complies with Chinese laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Personal information protection impact assessment has been carried out in advance
- Has passed the data transfer security assessment (if applicable)
- Obtain the legal basis for the transfer of personal information, and there are no other circumstances that prohibit the transfer of data under Chinese laws and regulations.
