Notice: To purchase Feishu AI benefits, contact Support or your Customer Success Manager, or go to the Feishu Admin Console > Billing > My Quota for a self-service purchase.
Feishu offers two AI plans: Feishu AI Enterprise and Feishu AI Premium. These plans include the AI features listed below, among which AI-enhanced meeting notes and Intelligent Partner Creation Platform (Aily) support separate quota purchases.

An organization-exclusive AI tool that answers questions intelligently and generates content based on organizational knowledge (all-domain materials such as Feishu messages, documents, and wikis accessible to organization members).
An AI assistant that provides real-time meeting summaries, to-dos, and automatic meeting notes during video meetings.
Intelligent Partner Creation Platform (Aily)
An enterprise-level AI app development platform for creating and publishing AI apps.
Automatically extracts and summarizes document information.
AI Help Desk (in beta)
An intelligent service bot that updates knowledge in real-time, simplifying internal knowledge retrieval.
Base AI (in beta)
AI features integrated into business processes, such as AI field generation and process setup.
Intelligently writes formulas and interprets complex formulas in Sheets.

Benefits for each plan
Feishu offers two plans for AI, Feishu AI Enterprise and Feishu AI Premium, with the following benefits:

Note:
  • Feishu AI Enterprise can be purchased in multiples to increase quotas, but additional features or service benefits, and document search limits are not included.
  • For Feishu AI Premium, add-ons (2.4 million points/year) are available to expand quota. The add-on duration matches the AI Premium plan's validity.
AI quota calculation rules
There are two types of AI quotas in Feishu:
  • General AI quota: Included with Feishu AI Enterprise plan or Feishu AI Premium plan, which can be used to consume various AI features within the plan.
  • Feature-specific quota: Purchased separately for AI-enhanced meeting notes and the Intelligent Partner Creation Platform (Aily), which can be exclusively consumed for these two features.
Note: When both general and feature-specific quotas are available, the feature-specific quota will be consumed first.
The calculation rules for the general AI quota consumption are as follows:

API calls based on organizational knowledge
An organization performs actions through the Knowledge AI API and obtains data and information based on organizational knowledge.

Valid answers from only online retrieval or only large model calls
Members ask questions through the Knowledge AI app and obtain answers generated only from online retrieval or large models.

AI-enhanced meeting note documents automatically generated during a video meeting after a member turns on AI Summary.

Intelligent Partner Creation Platform (Aily)
Basic call of "Classmate Aily"
Members ask questions through "Classmate Aily" (a packaged AI app provided by the Intelligent Partner Creation Platform (Aily)) to obtain valid answers.
The quota consumed per round of conversation consists of four parts: basic call, organization knowledge service, tool usage, and page/image generation.
Note: Organization knowledge service means that the organization has enabled the knowledge AI feature and turned on Organization Knowledge in the Intelligent Partner Creation Platform (Aily). Then, during this conversation, members called on organization knowledge and received valid answers.

View summaries generated by AI QuickView in documents
After turning on AI QuickView in the document, the summary is generated at the top of the document when you view the document each time.
