I. Intro
Availability: This feature is currently in beta and no longer available for new users.
Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators or administrators with application management permissions.
CloudPrint is a secure, intuitive, and efficient cloud printing solution. It can be used in combination with Feishu Docs, Feishu Approval, Feishu Mail, and other Feishu applications, and features an easy-to-use admin console and user interface.
In the admin console, administrators can manage office locations and printers, set printer access permissions, and configure printer functions.
II. Steps
Manage offices and printers
Add an office: Go to the CloudPrint admin console. By default, printers are added to Office List > Default after they are initialized. The default office can be changed, but cannot be deleted. To add a new office, click Add office.
